New model & strategy for the sub-networks

We are driving the ON towards a smaller but higher quality network every day. That may sound somewhat strange because most people associate 'open' networking with lots of quantity, but that is not what we are about. We are about networkers who are 'open' which is about something totally different.

Following that value we have created a network of sub networks. We are now in a transition process where they will become the focus area for focussed networking activities. Again, it is not about how many members these will have, but about the quality of the added members and their content..
