ON Ash, easy open website creator

What better way than to test a new website creation tool than to create a new Open Networkers site as well? Having tested Ash.com (Webon) we found it very easy to use in order to create your own website. In fact, it is perfect to create your website although it isn't as good in creating a Social Networking Portal as e.g. Ning.

How does it work? Well you just drag and drop items across your screen, couldn't be simpler. Just be sure that you have Java and Flash installed on your computer and then you'll be OK and on your way to create your own website in a matter of minutes.

You can use your own theme and colors and customize the width of columns to your personal liking.
We found out that you can only add basic widgets (those that are offered) and photo's with hyperlinks, but if you upgrade you have more options in adding custom made widgets and that seems to be a very fair commercial policy to us. After all, a good service deserves to make some money, we cannot expect them to do it all for free.

Bottom line: If you just wan to have a simple (family) website on which you want to share a blog, photo's or video's you should consider this tool as one of the best to use.
