Please do read the Tools section and e.g. the Quality Networkers item.. LinkedIn doesn't add you quality, only quantities to your Ego. To everyone seeking to be 'TopLinked' (I am at nr 27 with over 15.500 direct contacts) I can only say: buy a phone-book, it allows you even to phone someone which is much more than LinkedIn offers you (you can only 'connect' on LI through Inmails and introductions that never arrive) and you are instantly Toplinked
