Imagine clicking on a link which opens up a new page where you can publish your expertise, your resume or your job-search.

Sure it allows you to add it on that website, but it doesn't stop there....it is also connected to dozens of very well knows sites like Linkedin, Edgeio, Simply Hired, Myspace, Jobster etc etc. Your message gets automatically reposted there...!

But it doesn't even stop there, because the link (widget) you clicked on in the first place is free to be copied to whatever website, including your your own blog. That will further increase the visibility and thus the Google-ability of your profile, expertise or website, far beyond the normal visibility of each individual website and without the costs..

You can even make money out of if by becoming an Affiliate to some tools we created. Simply put, if someone adds further publications, you get a percentage of the revenue.

Decentralized Communication
Other tools, such as the maps and the Instant message tools will enable to view or talk to other Open Networkers without having to be logged-in on the same website. You just have to copy and paste the free code to another website or blog...that is all.The toolbar will even allow you do that without having to copy any codes, because it is on top of your browser...

Hence the concept of decentralized networking.
