The best seller book, "Breakthrough : Eight Steps To Wellness" by Suzanne Somers, made me give myself a total health review to provide for a quality life as I get older. The book includes interviews with 15 cutting-edge doctors with topics such as antiaging, bioidentical hormones, menopause, cancer (including prostate cancer), detoxification and nanotechnologies such as that patches from LifeWave. These were evolved from David Schmidt who was contracted by a US government to evolve ways of keeping submarine and B-2 bomber crews awake longer. The patches send the body a signal using light and the body creates the necessary reaction required. The technology is using accupunture theory using the meridians in the body. The patches provide for antiaging (glutathione), repair (carnosine), detoxification, more energy, pain relief, sleep and weight loss. I have tried and benefited from the technology in a very short time. Suzanne recently appeared on Oprah.
