These new cross-channel social networks segment customers (new and existing) into very specific social networks. Networks that are focused on my client’s customer, industry, partners and media outlets.
Client’s must realize the significance of B2B marketing blogs, search engine optimization, use of other web forums such as discussion groups, KPI's based on geographic, demographics, psychographics, user profiles. As a sales and marketing expert it is my responsibility to educate and enlighten corporate executives unaware of the vastly changing world of brand development and corporate visibility.
I have several years of experience selling complex software applications and services to Fortune 1000 companies. During that time I committed myself to helping clients understand the value of including interactive marketing in their overall corporate brand strategies.
These new cross-channel promotional intersections include specific B2B marketing blogs, social networks, search engine optimization and the use of industry specific web forums, webinars and other online education activities that reach segmented populations and discussion groups. KPI's are extracted from these activates based on geographic, demographic, psychographic, user profiles and behavior analysis to develop marketing plans that direct the overall operational resources.
With my assistance corporate clients shift their direction and vision to develop new brand activities.
In addition, I teach clients the new paradigms of CRM including Customer Experience Management (CEM). By providing strategies based on new marketing rules, rules that are driven by the customer, and not the corporation, I develop customer acquisition programs that generate the highest conversion rate in the industry.
I work with specific vertical markets and help them to identify customer opportunities within specific markets. This effort is based on extensive behavioral studies
These studies, which are generated by our proprietary technology, offer insight into customer (new or existing) utilization behavior.
This is vital competitive intelligence that helps clients get ahead of their competitors. More and more corporate marketing, investor relations, and other departments are taking advantage of the interactive advertising tools for online customer acquisition.
Part of my mandate in serving my customer is improving their return on investment. By enhancing their marketing program with online interactive advertising, I succeed in accomplishing this goal.

- My greatest passion is in helping others. I feel very strongly that we are put here together we are of the same essence and from that core we either evolve to destroy ourselves.
I enjoy solving problems for others, making suggestions to get them back on track and stay focused on how important every exchange with each day we live is so important. Remember that old expression "you only have one chance to a first impression" I also want that impression to feel comforting to others and when it doesn't it really makes me sad

- I am looking to use my creativity in a way that benefits the universe. I really hope that with everything I do in this life I will have completed something so I do not have to come back here again and go through the pain again.
