I am a marketing executive, an Independent Skincare Executive Consultant (010196) and Team Leader in the Chicagoland area for Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, a new network selling company featuring premium dermatologist developed skincare products created by two of the world's most famous dermatologists, the same doctors who created ProActiv. The doctors have just launched a new network marketing company with premium skincare products addressing skin conditions from acne to aging, for men, women and teens. Our products are an established, highly regarded prestige skincare brand once sold in the finest department stores such as Nordstroms, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Henri Bendel and Fred Segal, now available through consultants. I am proud to be one of the first independent consultants in Illinois.
It's been very exciting starting my new skincare business and I'm putting my years of sales and marketing to work in the network selling arena. Along with my entrepreneurial career as a real estate marketing and business development executive for my family-owned real estate company, I also am mentoring a fine organization of women and men who want to use and share the experience of world class skincare products. Many are from the Chicago to Milwaukee area, but I also have team members from Florida to Hawaii. Our business partners are intelligent, attractive and caring individuals, including real estate executives, doctors, teachers, flight attendants, bankers, dentistry, models, actresses, performing artists, college students, beauty technicians and sales executives in fields such as beauty, retail, insurance, pharmaceutical and medical. Some have full-time careers and others are professionals who are currently stay-at-home parents.

Prestige Skincare Company Moves Out of Fine Department Stores and Into the Network Selling Arena
The company just launched March 1, so there is a wave of excitement and a buzz across the country about this new business opportunity. It's been very exciting starting my new skincare business and I'm putting my years of sales and marketing to work in the network selling arena. Along with my entrepreneurial career as a real estate marketing and business development executive for a real estate company, I also am mentoring a fine organization of women and men who want to use and share the experience of world class skincare products. I'm getting together with old friends, making new ones and mentoring them, helping people achieve great skin and a new business opportunity. What started out as a productive exercise for my business capabilities has become an ever expanding full-fledged business team already. I wanted to respond sooner, but I had a few projects to complete. I noticed you are an Independent direct sales team leader for skin care products. Is that like Mary Kay? Do your top performers get Pink caddies? I recall when direct marketing first got started in the 70's with companies like Amway, Avon, Mary Kay, A L Williams and others it was a gold mine for the visionaries. Is that still true today? In those days the tier network pay structure was geared to benefit those moving up the tier. Structurally it was a sound investment. Many pink caddies on the road today. I'm curious, is the same network structure used today with current direct marketing or has the structure changed to facilitate the diversity of venues available to still do a binary, stair step breakaway, matrix or some other new compensation plan? I know most direct marketing companies try to put more emphasis on the product rather than the plan, but in most cases it’s the plan that provides the lure to invest, am I wrong here? Are you still competing with Mary Kay or Avon’s die hard loyal customers or have they faded away. I was just curious.
